    In 2015 I quit my soul-sucking corporate job to pursue my new dream of becoming an online coach. The limitless potential of the idea spoke to my soul in a way no other path ever did. I began as a marketing coach and quickly became consumed with the desire to help my clients dig deep within themselves so they could unlock their purpose and use it as the core of their marketing message.     This dilemma kicked off a 4 year journey where I desperately searched for the path, method, or road I could use to “get me and my clients there”. I also wanted to make it my own. I didn’t want to steal anyone else’s path, because I’d tried that already and it always left me feeling unsettled and discontent with the rest of my business. I figured the path to clarity would come after some life altering breakdown. In my head, that looked like me possibly delivering a speech in front of a sold out arena. At the time, public speaking was my biggest fear so I figured if Source was going to break me down, that would be the perfect way. Yeah, you probably already guessed, that’s not what happened LOL.

    On May 1, 2019 I was walking back from my then two year old’s bedroom and was struck by the devastating reality that I, Dana Hayes was a raging alcoholic. “Something” told me that if I humbled myself and received outside help for my problem, I’d get everything I’d been searching for in my business and life plus so much more. I was also acutely aware that if I didn’t tell anyone about this revelation, I’d go right back to staying stuck, never achieving the depth and richness in life my soul desired.

    Heart in my throat, I made the decision to go get help the next morning. In that split second moment of clarity I was completely relieved of my obsession to drink. Something I never thought was possible, because if you knew me, you knew I drank hard liquor morning, noon, and night. The miracle of sobriety led me down a healing path that taught me how to use my time efficiently, by focusing on first and foremost clearing out the resentments of my past so that I could deepen the connection to my Soul. It taught me a set of simple tools that when used on a daily basis produce profound results. I genuinely feel that this journey and these tools were and are the answers to my initial prayers to be able to guide new-ish coaches to unlock their purpose, develop a method that’s true to them, and build a solid spiritual business foundation that supports the unique expression of their Soul.
